Our Founder/Managing Director – Jiten Verma

Jiten Verma, the director of the firm, works closely with clients to assist in their business development. With extensive experience and qualifications including a master’s degree, Chartered Accountant certification, and registered tax agent status.

Jiten has more than 14 years of experience in the business advisory industry, with over a decade of this helping clients from various sectors. With a diverse clientele encompassing business services, tax compliance, and tax advisory, Jiten’s expertise lies in guiding a wide array of clients towards financial success. His clientele includes high-net-worth individuals, investment groups, small business entities, Australian inbound and outbound subsidiaries, and significant global entities.

Experience

Jiten specializes in structures for SME entities, taxation, and accounting. He provides comprehensive business advisory services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. He also specialises in assisting high net worth family groups with their wealth creation and preservation objectives. These objectives include structuring of investments to ensure maximum tax efficiency, and to ensure their estate planning and asset protection objectives are achieved. He has advised on many assignments involving the preservation and transfer of family and business wealth to successive family generations.
